Lincoln Nautilus 2025: Concept, Interior, and Pictures. After the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus design was leaked in November 2022, many people were excited about the new crossover. There were reports that the Nautilus would be discontinued, but it turns out that the business will continue to manufacture the Nautilus, but only for the Chinese car market. The Nautilus and Ford Edge will not be available in the United States, but they will be available in other (global) markets. Don’t worry if you’re madly in love with this model. The 2025 model is still on the way and will be available soon.
Performance and Powertrain
There is no information available on the new Nautilus’s powertrain. Given that it will be available in the Chinese market, it is possible that it will be based on some of the specifications of the US Nautilus. The current model is powered by a 2.0-liter gas engine that produces 250 horsepower and 280 Newton-meters of torque. Another option is a 2.7-liter V6 engine with 335 horsepower and 380 Newton-meters of torque.
Many sources, however, believe that both of these units are highly doubtful for the Chinese Nautilus. There is always the risk that the global Nautilus will have less power than those in the United States. Although hybrid power is a feasible, the all-electric Nautilus will still take 3 to 4 years to complete.
Images of the Lincoln Nautilus
The new 2025 Lincoln Nautilus was initially sighted in Michigan and subsequently in Europe. All of the photographs show the prototype in tightly camouflaged camo, making it difficult to imagine how the new crossover will look. However, based on the front fascia design, the new Nautilus appears to have a similar appearance to the Lincoln Zephyr.
It also implies that (thinner) headlamps with a broader grille with a diamond shape design are anticipated. The wheel design is distinct and one-of-a-kind. Even the handles (which are door mounted) look distinct and are easily seen. The handles appear to be influenced by the Lincoln Continental. It’s not surprising that the crossover is built on the Ford C2 platform.
Lincoln Star Design
The business hopes to have at least three EVs by 2025 and to electrify the entire portfolio by 2030. They may have prepped the Nautilus for such a scheme, but converting it to an EV would be an unnecessary step. Looking at the Lincoln Star idea, it appears that the firm is aiming for a lower and longer outcome. We’ll have to wait and see what their next advancement is.
The Revised Strategy
Both of these crossovers would be inspired by the designs of existing vehicles. The Edge would take design influences from Ford Evos, while the Nautilus would be largely influenced by the new (and soon-to-be-released) Lincoln Star concept. Several spyshot images have been released, giving us a better idea of what to expect.

Price and availability
The current Nautilus model is still available (and for sale) in the United States. However, there is a good probability that the current Nautilus is the last one ever made. It’s a good thing that the carmaker decided to preserve the nameplate in other parts of the world, including China.
If all goes according to plan, sales will begin in 2023, preferably after the middle of the year. They haven’t publicly released the pricing or the specific release date. They would give more facts and details in a few months, including the price and a full engine lineup for the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus.
